Womens Saftey Instruction - Hinsdale

Aristede Dukes, 5th degree black belt and certified martial arts and women’s self-defense instructor, will present a free Women’s Safety and Self-Defense Seminar, 2-4 pm, in the Fellowship Hall.  Areas being covered include home, street, car, and work safety, and learning prevention techniques.   Register at
