Fresh Start Wellness in Family, Body and Faith - Chicago

You are invited to in on a Fresh Start!  On September 13, 2009 and through September 19, 2009, we will be hosting "Fresh Start: Wellness in Family, Body and Faith Expo"

     We will start with a Wellness Expo on September 13, that will include stations on balancing your lifestyle, blood pressure, nutrition, water therapy, exercise, lung capacity, rest; with a FREE Anti-Stress Massage, computerized health age, counseling and vegetarian samples for everyone to taste.

     Our little ones will also have a special children program with games, crafts and snacks in a safe environment while you participate of the wellness activities.

     During the week we will host three workshops focusing on family, finances and the environment.  We will close our wellness week with a "Live Concert" performing songs of worship in Folk and Bluegrass rhythm featuring local artists on September 19, at 11:00 AM.
