Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL.60637 The sixth Annual Free Kidney Diagnostic Screening and Intervention will be held on April 19, 2009. The health outreach is sponsored by the Shiloh Church Health Ministry partnering with the American Kidney Fund’s Minority Intervention and Kidney Education (MIKE). The event will provide diagnostic screenings, comprehensive education, resource referral and supportive follow-up. You should be screened if you have any of the following; for you are at a greater risk for kidney disease:
